All institutions (both foreign and domestic) conducting PHS-supported research are required to submit full policies and procedures compliant with the 2024 PHS Regulations. Policies and procedures can be submitted with the institution’s Annual Report submission between January 1st and April 30th. ORI has released Sample Policies and Procedures for Addressing Allegations of Research Misconduct to help institutions implement the updated regulation.
