The Research Integrity Team of the Office of the General Counsel, HHS, oversees ORI's
legal operations which include representing the office in administrative
hearings before an Administrative Law Judge, drafting regulatory
and legislative initiatives, and providing advice and counsel to
ORI's oversight and education divisions.
