The Animal Resources Office (ARO) provides assistance to project directors in every phase of animal activity. The ARO promotes a cooperative and open relationship among researchers, administration, and regulatory bodies.
The ARO provides the following services:
- Technical support, consultation, and training in the care and use of animals
- Veterinary services
- Assistance to UNH project directors during project development
- Oversight of UNH facilities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and University standards
