If the inquiry team finds that there is NO cause to pursue an investigation into the alleged misconduct, the VPRPS promptly writes a letter of exoneration to the subject of the allegation, and the matter is officially closed.
If the inquiry team suspects that the misconduct allegation was NOT made in good faith, UNH may initiate an inquiry of the complainant under the University System of New Hampshire (USNH) and UNH policies regarding personal and professional conduct.
