In most cases, the complainant submits a confidential, written, signed statement detailing the alleged misconduct to the supervisor of the person who is the subject of the allegation.
Upon receipt, the supervisor notifies the Vice President for Research and Public Service (VPRPS), confidentially and in writing, of the allegation.
