Other serious deviations are defined by UNH's Misconduct Policy as:
"Failure to comply with federal, state, local, or UNH rules and regulations regarding the use of funds, supplies, or equipment; the care of animals; the safety and protection of human subjects; data collection and retention; or other aspects of the conduct of scholarship" (UNH Misconduct Policy 1998).
