Sample Size
Determining sample size is a very important research issue because samples that are too large may waste time, resources and money, and needlessly expose participants to unnecessary risks, while samples that are too small may lead to inaccurate results (Six Sigma, 2006). The method for determining sample size should be both appropriate for the design of the study and clear to reviewers and readers.
