ORI found that Shaker Mousa, Ph.D., M.B.A., FACC, FACB, who was a Professor, Chairman, and Executive Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Research Institute, ACPHS, engaged in research misconduct in research supported by U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) funds, specifically National Cancer Institute (NCI), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), NIH.
