ORI found that Lara S. Hwa, Ph.D., who is an Assistant Professor, Department of Psychology and Neuroscience, BU, and formerly was a Postdoctoral Fellow, School of Medicine, UNC-CH, engaged in research misconduct in research supported by U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) funds, specifically National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), and included in two grant applications submitted for PHS funds to NIAAA, NIH, and to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK), NIH.
