The UNH Misconduct Policy is guided by the following five principles:

  • Actions jeopardizing the reputation of UNH and its scholars are not tolerated.
  • The confidentiality of all parties in a misconduct allegation should be maintained to the extent possible, in light of UNH's obligations to inform the scholarly community, and, where applicable, sponsors.
