Significant financial interests do NOT include:
- Financial interests in business entities that when aggregated for the researcher and his/her immediate family do not exceed $10,000 in value and the financial interest does not represent more than a 5% ownership interest in any single entity
- Salary, royalties, or other remuneration from UNH
- Salary, royalties, or other payments that
when aggregated for the researcher and his/her immediate family are
not expected to exceed $10,000 during the next 12 month period
