Researchers involved in international research
collaborations face unique challenges, including, but not limited to:
- Different prevailing research policies
and guidelines. University of New Hampshire (UNH) researchers must ensure
that research performed at other sites under collaborative agreements
meets UNH requirements
- Difficulties in sharing some types of
data and research materials, such as infectious agents and other biologics
that are difficult to ship internationally. There also may be federal
restrictions on sharing research findings that are considered to involve
issues of national security.
