Authors should strive to submit manuscripts that make a new contribution to the field of study rather than submitting manuscripts that substantially repeat results from previous publications or from other authors.
The only exception to this
practice is when two publications serve different audiences. However,
publishers must agree to a repeat publication, and the fact of re-publication
should be stated in the manuscript.
